After an epic sold out event, Smokehouse Sessions is returning to Vic's Market for another round of all-you-can-eat smoked meats and live music!

Our Big Vic's BBQ menu features all the Smokehouse favourites including our signature10 hour smoked wagyu brisket and pork belly, USA pork ribs with our housemade BBQ sauce, pork belly and brisket sliders, BBQ wings with buffalo sauce + heaps more. Wash it all down with a selection of craft beers and wines and finish up the night with a decadent Victor Churchill chocolate brownie topped with chantilly cream.

Your ticket includes all-you-can-eat so we promise you won't be leaving hungry (although we take no responsibility for meat sweats!).

Due to our low and slow cooking process we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate any dietary requests or menu changes for this event.
